My item is sold out or no longer appears, does this mean I can’t get it anymore?

Oh no, we’re sorry your garment is no longer available ☹ If an item you have fallen in love with is sold out or no longer appears make sure you get in contact with us and we will endeavour to get it back in stock. Email info@nyata.com.au and we will do our best to find stock or let you know when it might be coming in again.

I love your outfits, but I would love to try things on first, do you have somewhere I can do this?

We are an online store and don’t have any physical stores for you to try on garments however our head quarters is in Geelong, Victoria and if you live nearby we’re happy for you to pop in and try on garments to make sure they are a good fit before you buy. Is your site secure if I use my credit cards?

Of course! All online credit card transactions performed on this site using an SSL secured gateway, so you have the peace of mind your payment and credit card details are secure.

How do I pay for my items?

We accept payment via PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).

 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we sure do. Please email info@nyata.com.au for information and to arrange your gift card to be sent out to you in the post.

I love your range, how do I keep up to date with your latest campaigns and new ranges?
