If I order something online via your store today, when will I receive it?

We’re a pretty talented bunch and love to get your orders out on the same day if you order before 3pm AEST. Most orders are dispatched same day or the next business day, and we send using Australia Post and EMS. For more info on shipping outside the metro area or internationally we invite you to visit our shipping page.

Standard delivery times provided by Australia Post within Australia are outlined below:

Two days within metropolitan areas within Victoria
Four days between metropolitan areas and a city or country location within Victoria

Five days between country locations within Victoria
Up to six days interstate and between capital cities
What countries to you ship to?

We ship worldwide baby! We offer free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $250 AUD and flat rate shipping of $25 for our international orders.

Please note all orders need a street or business address (not PO Box), and international orders do require a signatory at your end to receive your package.

When will I know if my order has been shipped?

When we have bundled up your package and sent out your order you will receive an email with your tracking number in your inbox. Your tracking number will have the info you need to track your package all the way to your door. If you have any issues with your tracking number be sure to get in contact and we can get you sorted.

I need to return my parcel, what is your return address?

Need to return an item? All items that are being returned items should be shipped via express or registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below:

I need to return my item and get a credit, how do I do this?

If you do need to return your item, we offer exchanges and credit notes for our customers. We do ask that you choose carefully as Nyata is unable to provide refunds unless an item is proven to be faulty

Our credit notes are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed online.

Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to info@nyata.com.au. Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received. Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.
