We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over AUD $249. A flat rate of $9 for deliveries within Australia and $25 for international deliveries will be applied at checkout for orders under $249.
We ship orders from our base in Melbourne. As such, we allow for a 2 to 10 business day delivery period once an order is placed. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We use Australia Post and EMS as reputable shipping agencies and all items will be fully traceable once shipped.
Please note that we cannot ship to post office boxes as such we require a street or business address. International orders also require someone to be available to sign for your package.
You should be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to provide estimates of import cost as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding such import restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting duty calculation websites such as www.dutycalculator.com.
Please note that due to our free shipping policy, splitting purchases across two or more orders will come at no additional cost to the purchaser.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges as we want you to be happy with your purchases.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to email@example.com.
Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.
We ask that returned items be shipped via express or registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below. Alternatively you can exchange your online order at one of our boutiques.
SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED ITEMS
Nyata takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
